The article examines the process of digitalization of the educational process in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The analysis of theoretical positions on the achievements and prospects of digitalization of education is presented. The data of sociological surveys of teachers, fixing their attitude to digital innovations in education, are presented. A number of measures for the use of digital technologies in the educational process are proposed.
