Abstract (English):
The article considers the right to education as one of the key constitutional values of the Russian Federation. The author identifies the key criteria by which the norms of law can be attributed to constitutional values, and analyzes the compliance of the right to education with these criteria. Special attention is paid to the context of Russian society, where the right to education should be harmoniously combined with traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The author also highlights problematic aspects in the process of realizing the right to education and suggests possible ways to solve them.
