The article attempts to systematize approaches to the definition of “forged document” and related ones. The organizational, economic and legal foundations of currency transactions using forged documents are revealed. It is concluded that the crime is constituted by the entry by the offender of not any false information, but only that which contains deliberately false information about the grounds, purposes and purposes of payment, i.e. the formation and use of forged documents.
