The article analyzes the main directions of state policy in the field of development of the creative economy of the Russian Federation. The institutional framework for the legal regulation of politics, key concepts and their definitions are given, the principles of implementation of the policy under consideration are systematized and supplemented, the main groups of existing support measures are formed.
