The article presents the results of a study of socioeconomic, national-cultural and organizational aspects of combating corporate corruption. The influence of public perception on the spread of corporate corruption in the countries of the world is determined. The possible characteristics of corporate corruption depending on the national characteristics of the way of managing have been studied. The classification of organizational structures and their corresponding features of corporate corruption is schematically presented.
