Abstract (English):
The financial and credit sphere is a “circulatory system” that ensures financial stability and efficiency of the state as a whole. The article discusses the basic (universal) elements of the forensic characteristics of crimes in the financial and credit sphere, which are relevant for disclosure and investigation. This number includes: “subject”, “situation”, “method” and “traces”. The author reveals the specific features of each element.
