Abstract (English):
The research is devoted to identifying the features and typical errors that occur when presenting empirical data in dissertations for the degree of Candidate or Doctor of Law. Based on the conducted documentary, statistical and sociological analysis, methodological recommendations have been developed for the standardization and correct presentation of empirical data in the texts of legal dissertations and their abstracts and the elimination of typical errors that occur when presenting data and results of primary and secondary empirical studies. Methodological recommendations can be used in the preparation of adjuncts and doctoral students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and in the work of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
