Abstract (English):
The article explores the mechanisms of sustainable development of service enterprises. The essence and role of client-oriented management in the efficiency of hotel enterprises has been studied. It is shown that in modern conditions the achievement of a stable position of a service enterprise in the market is based on the formation of stable relationships with customers. Based on the results of a sociological survey conducted among guests of a Nizhny Novgorod premium hotel, problems and sources of increasing guest loyalty were identified.
