he article discusses some tactical features of the organization of the investigation of intentional infliction of serious harm to health. Attention is drawn to the tactics of such investigative actions as inspection of the scene, examination, obtaining samples for comparative research, appointment of forensic medical examination, investigative experiment. The paper presents the identified problems and offers some recommendations for optimizing the quality of production of these investigative actions.
