Abstract (English):
In this article, the author draws attention to the potential danger posed by the development and use of artificial intelligence, and considers it necessary to minimize this danger by legal means. He gives reflections on the expediency of recognizing the presumption of the danger of artificial intelligence. In his opinion, the legal significance of this presumption lies in the fact that it will entail the creation of additional guarantees for the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the context of the operation of potentially dangerous technologies. The author proposes to consolidate the presumption under consideration by amending the current legislation.
