The age of legal liability under the existing Russian legislation. The article considers one of the topical issues of legal liability, its age-related characteristics. The current Russian legislation uses different approaches to determine the age of onset of various types of legal liability. Measures aimed at optimizing the establishment and consolidation of the specified characteristic of legal liability are proposed.
