The article analyzes the consequences of the involvement of Internet users in the activities of destructive movements and organizations containing signs of extremism and terrorism. Today, in the context of building an information society and attempts to destabilize the situation against Russia, law enforcement agencies continue to face new manifestations of destructive and illegal behavior among young people. It is worth paying attention to the fact that such work is carried out on a planned basis, has a pronounced systemic and even ideological character. At the same time, this negative impact is most clearly seen in relation to minors and young people who are active consumers of Internet content.
