Abstract (English):
In soviet jurisprudence Marxist doctrine of law was considered to be coherent. Such conception exists nowadays too. But really it includes different approaches to law understanding. One of them was formed in early works of Marx, the other was composed in the works of mature K Marx. That is why it is unacceptable to mix different periods of Marx`s work. Otherwise, the illusion of complete unity of Marxs` viewpoints to law is set. In the article it is established that in the early works of Marx there are provisions about law, its importance for the society. Having switched to the positions of materialist dialectic, Marx was opposed to law, insisted on inevitability of its dying away under communism. The conclusion is made, that the ideas, stated in the works of young K. Marx, can be used when studying the problems of contemporary national law.
