In our opinion, the most relevant issue in modern society is the study of conceptual approaches to the consideration of economic security and its interaction with the investment activities of organizations, its classification features, and structural elements. The trends of modern global globalization, internationalization and transnationalization of the economy, problems of a micro- and macroeconomic nature, contribute to the manifestation of serious attention to issues of ensuring economic security and outline the actualization of the problem of studying investment security raised by us both internationally and domestically. This problem of investment activity of organizations in conditions of uncertainty, risk and complexity of building economic relations under sanctions pressure and the severity of geopolitical relations is revealed more specifically. Thus, in the current situation of striving for the economic development of the regions, there is a need to build investment security mechanisms. They are presented in the article in two aspects: on the one hand, as a serious, strategically significant element of economic security, which allows for the prevention of sanctions threats in connection with a reduction in investment; on the other hand, as a relatively individualized socially significant direction that contributes to the sustainable development of the national regional economy while expanding the dynamics of the country’s development. At the same time, the study conducted by the authors examines the arguments regarding the need to develop an investment risk management mechanism that contributes to the development of the structure of operations to ensure investment attractiveness. The key development vectors for solving this problem are: the formation of a dynamic investment security system that reflects the attractiveness of the domestic market; as well as the implementation of strategic planning of the structure of an innovative, attractive for investment market of high-quality and competitive goods, which forms the possibilities of modern technological innovation in industrial industrial development.
