Shadow employment in agriculture is a widespread phenomenon not only in developing countries, but also in countries with an established market. Based on statistical data, the article analyzes the current situation of informal employment in the agricultural industry, suggests possible ways to solve the problem, including improving fiscal regulation, increasing transparency and accessibility of information and others.
