LEGAL REGULATION AND ETHICAL SUPPORT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH: A LOOK THROUGH THE PRISM OF TRADITIONAL RUSSIAN SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES

Abstract (English):
The article attempts to consider possible directions of legal regulation and ethical support of modern scientific research, primarily biomedical research, from the standpoint of their compliance with traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The necessity is justified on the basis of modern strategic planning documents to prepare a draft federal law (laws), which will become the basis for the formation of a corpus of legal norms that allow the development of science, research, taking into account the values, legal and ethical principles available in society. The author advocates the development of a socio-humanitarian expertise of high-risk scientific research, as well as innovations implemented on their basis in practice.
