Abstract (English):
The relevance of the issues considered in this article is due to the need to ensure an appropriate level of criminal law protection of the competitive environment, the normal functioning of which is a necessary condition for the development of social relations in the field of economic activity. In particular, the problems of the technical and legal construction of certain offenses encroaching on this area are explored, the shortcomings of law enforcement practice are analyzed and measures to eliminate them are proposed. The novelty of the article is determined by the author’s proposals to ensure effective criminal legal protection of public relations in a competitive environment, the implementation of which will contribute to the optimization of the currently implemented government policy aimed at creating optimal conditions for the development of the economy in general and the sphere of entrepreneurial acti-vity in particular.
