Abstract (English):
The article notes that acts involving violations of migration legislation pose a danger to the national security of the Russian Federation. A scientific hypothesis has been expressed that crimes encroaching on the legally established procedure for implementing migration legislation are enshrined in art. 3221–3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The number of registered crimes under Art. Art. is presented. 3221–3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for 2019–2023. The legal and technical problems of their design are considered. Directions for improving the criminal legal response to crimes involving violations of migration legislation are proposed.
