Abstract (English):
The article attempts to identify new areas of scientific, practical, educational and methodological support for combating corruption. It is proposed to move as quickly as possible from the incorporation of anti-corruption legislation to its multi-level codification through the preparation of a series of model anti-corruption codes in the subjects of the Russian Federation and the CIS. The necessity of creating and introducing for public viewing a Register of persons convicted of corruption-related crimes, activation (along with anti-corruption education, anti-corruption education, anti-corruption education, anti-corruption agitation, anti-corruption propaganda and anti-corruption advertising) popularization of anti-corruption activities is substantiated. The authors advocate the development of a multi-level system for encouraging anti-corruption activities, the  introduction of anti-corruption planning, anti-corruption expertise at the regional and municipal levels, the creation of a theory of victimology of corruption and anti-corruption pedagogy.
