DIGITAL PLATFORM: THE GENESIS OF THE CONCEPT AND PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF A CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Abstract (English):
Within the framework of the conducted research, a scientific question has been resolved concerning the problems of the development of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of economic security of organizations. Through the use of comparative analysis and synthesis methods, an assessment of the available theoretical framework has been carried out, revealing certain aspects of the “digital platform” category. The following result was obtained: the essential features of the category under consideration were highlighted; the definition of the concepts “digital platform”, “economic security of corporate structures applying the business model of the platform” was inductively derived.
