Abstract (English):
The text of the above study examines the main personality traits of a criminal who commits crimes under Articles 295, 296 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to the life and health of a person conducting a preliminary investigation. The text provides a criminological and criminalistic characterization of the personality of such a criminal, compiled on the basis of an analysis of scientific literature, statistical data and forensic investigative practice.
