The article deals with the problem of carrying out operational investigative activities in relation to minors who have committed acts containing signs of a crime, as well as the use of various resources by the operational staff of the territorial internal affairs bodies to identify them. The emphasis is placed on the actualization of intra-organizational management activities in the field of operational search activities and the quality of their planning, taking into account the systemic and structural interaction of police units.
