Abstract (English):
The article offers a brief rationale for the “true technological approach”. The author explains what relevant content needs to be put into the formula “criminal procedure as technology”. The essence of the author’s view is that the criminal process is not yet a full-fledged technology, but it may well become one with the widespread use of digitalization.
