Abstract (English):
In this article, the authors explore the nature of the admissibility of criminal procedural evidence in the context of the typologically heterogeneous pre-trial and judicial parts of legal proceedings, attempt a legal analysis of the problems of the normative legal structure of admissibility and propose a possible direction for the development of this procedural institution.
