The work is devoted to the elucidation of the essential foundations of the application of synergetic methods in lawmaking. The general conditions for the application of synergetic methods are considered. The peculiarity of their application in the modern era is revealed. The importance of the use of such methods for solving urgent social problems by legal methods is shown, the necessary conditions for their successful application are indicated. This creates a methodological basis for further consideration of the problem, primarily in terms of considering the methodology in creating appropriate conditions in the management system for the manifestation of synergistic effects and ensuring the sustainability of synergistic management of legal means.
