Abstract (English):
The paper gives a positive expert assessment of the book “Anti-Corruption. Information and analytical bulletin (2022) / Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. Moscow: “Jurisprudence” Publ., 2023. 112 p.”, prepared by employees of the Anti-Corruption Methodology Department of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. The authors note that the most important provisions of this work are the results obtained on the state of application of the institute of loss of trust for committing a corruption offense in the Russian Federation, as well as the typical (averaged) portrait of a domestic bribery organization they proposed. The reviewed work discusses the issue of the high scientific role and practical (applied) significance of state registers, the implementation of their preventive function aimed at preventing various corruption-related offenses.
