SELECTED TECHNOLOGICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE OPERATION OF UNMANNED VEHICLES: A RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article discusses the first steps to create and develop technologies that allow driving vehicles remotely. The ideas and projects of scientists that have become crucial in the formation of modern unmanned vehicles are outlined, historical facts of successful experiments using “unmanned” vehicles are given. The first normative acts are defined, which contained provisions regulating the principles of creation and operation of autonomous vehicles. The purpose of the work is to study the issues of a technological and legal nature that determine the initial stages of the development of unmanned vehicles.

Keywords:
vehicles, cars, regulatory regulation, radio control, autonomization, levels of autonomy, unmanned vehicles, machine learning, artificial intelligence
