In the light of the main regularities of the development of corruption and the fight against it in the modern world, the possibilities of applying foreign experience for use in law enforcement in this area for modern Russia are considered. Particular attention is paid to the need for a harmonious combination of modern methods of social management and opportunities provided by the development of information technologies.
