The article discusses some issues of improving preventive measures against criminal corporate victimization. In particular, the expediency of mutually beneficial cooperation of internal affairs bodies with other subjects of prevention of crimes committed against legal entities was noted, and a number of joint measures were proposed to increase the effectiveness of interaction. Proposals have been made to improve certain provisions of basic regulatory legal acts in the field of economic security and crime prevention.
