Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article provides a brief historiographical overview of complex monographic legal studies devoted to legal fiction, identifies trends in the field of its scientific development, draws attention to the fact that interest in general theoretical and special branch problems of fiction has resumed over the past few years, this is confirmed by the appearance of a number of original scientific works in 2021—2022, their characteristics are given the conclusion is made that fiction is a sought-after object of political and legal reality that is relevant for scientific understanding, connected with many modern problems of law-making and law enforcement activities of a theoretical and applied nature, the conclusion defines promising directions for its further study.
