ON THE QUALIFICATION OF VIOLATIONS OF LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract (English):
The presented work is devoted to the problems of legal evaluation of violations of law committed by medical workers in the field of assisted reproductive technologies. On the basis of the analysis of law enforcement practice and mass media the author made their classification, determined the basic characteristics necessary for the legal evaluation of such actions, and comes to the conclusion that it would be recommended to improve the Russian legislation.
