Abstract (English):
The most pressing issues of the criminal-legal characteristics of such a crime as illegal participation in entrepreneurial activity have been investigated. All elements of the corpus delicti were considered. They expressed their own judgments on the problematic issues of the topic under consideration and formulated specific proposals for amending the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
