The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in the legislative regulation of the fight against corruption crimes. The amendments to the main regulatory legal acts on the fight against corruption in the Russian Federation (including the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as statistical data on the state of crimes of this group are considered. Based on the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion about the uncertainty of the legislator in the choice of means and methods in the fight against corruption crimes, which made it possible to develop proposals for improving the criminal legal impact.
