This study is a study of the features of global financial markets in the framework of the use of digital financial currency, as well as the provisions of international law. The main result of the study was the determination of the fundamental characteristics of the change in the structure of financial flows of the global financial system, which, on the positive side, have proven themselves in the global financial arena and, adhering to which the domestic doctrine will be able to reach a qualitatively new level in terms of regulating the use of digital currencies.
