DIGITAL FORM OF REALIZATION OF STATE FUNCTIONS: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN STATE-LEGAL REALITY

Abstract (English):
The article deals with certain issues related to with the implementation of the functions of the state. The main stages and content of strategic planning documents providing for the digitalization of the state and society are disclosed. The problems of the conceptual and terminological apparatus in the context of the digital transformation of public administration are analyzed, a detailed assessment of the electronic and digital forms of provision of public services as part of the mechanism for implementing the functions of a modern state is given.
