Police officers are in the foreground of state-governmental activities to protect public order and ensure public safety in the territory of operational and official activities. Quite often, the police Department (police) officers are forced to apply such a measure to ensure the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses as the delivery of an individual to the internal affairs body. In this study, an attempt is made to consider certain problematic issues of delivery by police officers.
