THE CONCEPT OF UNIFICATION OF THE PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION IN THE LIGHT OF MULTIDIMENSIONALITY UNIFICATION IDEAS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article discusses approaches to understanding the unification of the preliminary investigation. According to the author, the concept of unification can have different interpretations. The initial understanding of unification, as bringing the form to unity, is quite applicable to understanding the unification of individual institutions, proceedings and the entire judicial process as a whole. Such a view helps to better understand the dialectical connection of unification and differentiation, to imagine their interrelated phenomena.

Keywords:
unification of the preliminary investigation, differentiation of the preliminary investigation, pre-trial proceedings
