Until now the problem of interim measures from the standpoint of the general theory of law has not been studied. As a result there is no general legal definition of the concept of interim measures in law. In this publication the constituent signs of interim measures in law are proposed, on the basis of their synthesis, the author’s definition of such is formulated.
