Abstract (English):
Currently, the means of cellular communication have ceased to be used for their intended purpose. Mobile phones contain a huge amount of information: data on connections between subscribers and subscriber devices, information constituting bank secrecy, personal data, etc. In the article the author justifies the need to inspect the contents of mobile communication facilities by court decision, proposes to amend the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in the context of the issue under consideration.
