Abstract (English):
The article draws attention to the special, legally significant characteristics of the subjective elements of crimes containing signs of special organized forms of extremist activity. The content of the forms of guilt is determined, with the allocation of general and special characteristics arising from the provisions of the Federal Law “On countering extremist activity” and the Decree of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation “On judicial practice in criminal cases on crimes of extremist orientation”. Separately, the characteristics of general and special subjects committing acts are presented, with signs of special organized forms of extremist activity.
