Progressive technologies of our time, which are the main link of the scientific and technological revolution, are represented in all spheres of society. However, the author draws attention to the fact that the law enforcement function of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is currently quite conservative, and the methods and methods of protecting public order are inert.
