The article is devoted to the debatable issues of the legal personality of an individual entrepreneur in administrative and tort legal relations and the problems of bringing an individual entrepreneur to administrative responsibility upon termination of activity on the basis of an arbitration court decision declaring an individual entrepreneur bankrupt.
