Abstract (English):
In modern legal science, there are a significant number of approaches to the phenomenon of legal compromise. This diversity is explained by the lack of a unified approach to the concept of “compromise” and the gaps in the researchers ideas about the system of closely related phenomena. The article attempts to study the relationship of compromise to contract, consensus, competition, accommodation, and cooperation. The formulated theses can serve as a supplement to the basics of the modern concept of legal compromise.
