В статье рассматриваются показатели деятельности, значимые в контексте обеспечения финансовой устойчивости предприятий машиностроительной отрасли Российской Федерации, оценка динамики изменения которых позволяет авторам сделать вывод о последовательном ухудшении финансово-экономического состояния данной отрасли в последние годы. Анализ отраслевой структуры машиностроения Российской Федерации в 2023 году показал, что значительная доля производимой продукции остается зависимой от импортируемых компонентов и технологий. Указанное обстоятельство, по мнению авторов, свидетельствует о необходимости фокусировки внимания государственной политики, направленной на обеспечение финансовой устойчивости отечественного машиностроительного кластера, на решение задач импортозамещения, а также на то, что сама такая политика должна быть основана на мероприятиях, способных обеспечить разработку и реализацию решений в области обеспечения финансовой безопасности отдельных предприятий отраслевого кластера и строиться на тех же принципах.

The article discusses the indicators of the activities of the enterprises of the mechanical engineering industry of the Russian Federation that are significant in the context of ensuring the financial stability of its enterprises. An assessment of the dynamics of changes in these indicators allowed the authors to conclude that the financial and economic state of this industry has been consistently deteriorating in recent years. An analysis of the industry structure of mechanical engineering in the Russian Federation in 2023 showed that a significant share of the products manufactured here remains dependent on imported components and technologies. This circumstance, according to the authors, indicates the need to focus the attention of the state policy aimed at ensuring the financial stability of the domestic mechanical engineering cluster on solving the problems of import substitution, and also that such a policy itself should be based on measures that can ensure the development and implementation of solutions in the field of ensuring the financial security of individual enterprises of the industry cluster, and built on the same principles.
