Финансово-кредитная сфера является «кровеносной системой», обеспечивающей финансовую стабильность и работоспособность государства в целом. В статье рассматриваются базовые (универсальные) элементы криминалистической характеристики преступлений в финансово-кредитной сфере, которые являются актуальными для раскрытия и расследования. В это число входят: субъект, ситуация, способ и следы. Автор раскрывает специфические особенности каждого элемента.

The financial and credit sphere is a “circulatory system” that ensures financial stability and efficiency of the state as a whole. The article discusses the basic (universal) elements of the forensic characteristics of crimes in the financial and credit sphere, which are relevant for disclosure and investigation. This number includes: “subject”, “situation”, “method” and “traces”. The author reveals the specific features of each element.
