В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы нормативно-правового регулирования оперативно-розыскной деятельности, осуществляемой в целях выявления, предупреждения, пресечения и раскрытия преступлений против основ конституционного строя и безопасности государства, в основе которых лежит механизм административной преюдиции.

The article deals with the problematic issues of legal regulation of operational-search activities carried out in order to identify, prevent, suppress and solve crimes against the foundations of the constitutional order and state security, which are based on the mechanism of administrative prejudice.
