В статье рассмотрены холдинговые структуры, существующие в России на сегодняшний день, дана их характеристика. Выделены внешние и внутренние угрозы экономической безопасности предприятий холдинга. Разработан алгоритм проведения анализа и оценки степени защищенности хозяйствующего субъекта от деструктивных воздействий внутренний и внешней среды.

The article considers the holding structures that exist in Russia today, their characteristics are given. External and internal threats to the economic security of the holding’s enterprises are identified. An algorithm for analyzing and evaluating the degree of protection of an economic entity from the destructive effects of the internal and external environment has been developed.
