В статье рассматриваются вопросы нормативного закрепления разыскных начал, которые присущи современному уголовному процессу России. Уголовно-процессуальное право должно признать право на жизнь разыскной идеологии и ее ключевой идеи инквизиционности. Эта идея должна быть прописана в тексте закона в нормах, имеющих идеологическое значение.

The article discusses the issues of normative consolidation of investigative principles that are inherent in the modern criminal process of Russia. Criminal procedure law should recognize the right to life of the investigative ideology and its key idea of inquisitiveness. This idea should be spelled out in the text of the law in norms of ideological significance.
