Авторами статьи проанализированы материалы уголовных дел на предмет деятельности следователя по установлению обстоятельств, способствующих совершению преступлений в сфере незаконного оборота наркотиков в ходе досудебного производства. Сделан вывод, что устанавливать причины и условия, способствующие совершению рассматриваемых преступлений целесообразно уже на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела. Цель исследования заключается в выработке новых подходов к совершенствованию профилактики рассматриваемых преступлений, улучшение эффективности правоприменительной практики.

The authors of the article analyzed the materials of criminal cases on the subject of the investigator’s activities to establish the circumstances contributing to the commission of crimes in the field of drug trafficking during pre-trial proceedings. It is concluded that it is advisable to establish the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of the crimes in question already at the stage of initiating a criminal case. The purpose of the study is to develop new approaches to improving the prevention of the crimes under consideration, improving the effectiveness of law enforcement practice.
