В статье рассмотрены правовой статус Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере образования и науки в рамках действующей системы уполномоченных органов исполнительной власти в области образования. Раскрыты содержание, механизм реализации и перспективы развития контрольно-надзорных полномочий Федеральной службы в современных условиях.

The article examines the legal status of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science within the current system of authorized executive bodies in the field of education. The article reveals the content, mechanism of implementation and prospects for the development of the control and supervisory powers of the Federal Service in modern conditions.
